We are selling our lovely 2 bed/2 bathroom 1500 square ft. fully furnished one level apartment in Mexico. We feel, after living there for 10 winters, that it is in the best possible location in the gated community of Playacar Phase 2. Playacar is part of the town, Playa del Carmen, but is much quieter for those late hours that you may want to sleep. If you like to party all night then you would want a condo in town. 

This is the fantastic view of the gardens, pool and golf course from your large terrace. The project is designed so that all the terraces look out onto the golf course so no one is looking into your apartment.

We lived in Belize for 1.5 years where experienced 1 hurricane. After that experience we knew what we wanted when we brought our home in Mexico. The terrace gets the most wonderful Caribbean breezes.  We have installed a metal screen door which allows us to let the breezes blow right through the apartment. We installed hurricane shutters and were hit by another 2 more hurricanes, one major, since we have lived in Mexico. We never suffered any damage to our apartment so we knew we made the right choice. We return to Canada for 6 months each year and as we have security 24/7 we have never suffered a break-in. We live on the second floor for many reasons.
